***** URGENT UPDATE ABOUT THE CR PLUS PAD/CHARGE PACK ******

The manufacturer has now mentioned that any CR Plus Defibrillator with a  MANUFACTURED YEAR OF 2016 or older will need to be replaced. (New unit to be purchased)

The Manufacturer has stopped supply of all CR Plus pads and charge packs for any AED older than 2016 (Out of warranty period)

If you have a CR Plus Defibrillator with a manufacture 2017 or newer, with pads/charge pack expiring in the next 6 months, please send us an email (info@defibshop.com.au) urgently with a photo of the back of your AED showing the Manufacture date and Serial number, so we can order in replacement pads/charge pak for you.

This needs to be submitted to us by COB Wednesday 06/08/2025. After such time, the manufacturer wont supply any replacements and when your pads/charge pak expires, unfortunately you will have to look to replace your Defibrillator completely.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and would like to help you get an alternate unit ASAP.
