Shipping and Delivery of your purchased product(s):
The Defibshop Team pride ourselves on our amazing customer service we strive to provide with each and every order and we’d like you to know that all products (In stock) purchased will be dispatched the same day or at the very latest the next business day, after your payment has been received and cleared.
We aim for you to receive your orders as fast as possible. We know and understand the importance of receiving all AED & First Aid equipment in a rapid and timely manner, especially when you are replacing items that have just been used in a real emergency.
Please note: Once your order has left our warehouse, we do not have any control over delivery times by Shipping Providers.
If your order is urgent, please contact us on 1300 729 575 for pricing to ship via Express options.
Also note, even with an Express post option, we can’t guarantee the delivery times. Particularly given the size of our country, some rural & remote customers may experience slower delivery times.
You will be updated with the tracking information when your order has been processed. You can then track and make changes to your delivery via the Shipping Providers Tracking websites.
Where items are not in stock, as soon as new stock arrives, your items will be sent to you.
We aim to fulfil all orders within the same or next business day of receiving your order. Usually turnaround time is quicker when items are in stock. There will only be a delay if items are not in stock.
If there are any lengthy delays for any items you have ordered, our Defibshop Team will be in contact to discuss an ETA.

Defibshop online charges different rates for different sized orders. Generally, all items will have a P&H price allocated, and only one P&H price in total will be charged for orders, including orders with multiple items.
Goods purchased from the Defibshop can be returned where the product is faulty, or damaged during delivery. Please contact us by emailing info@defibshop.com.au with the below details:
- Order number, contact name and phone number.
- Photo of damaged product from delivery
- Photo and description of the item fault
And we’ll contact you to discuss the issue as soon as possible.
Goods purchased will be subject to full manufacturers warranties and guarantees where, and as applicable.
