Defibshop Returns Policy

 

Here at the Defibshop, we work hard to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases.

 

If, for any reason, you need to return goods purchased from us, please refer to the below.

 

Faulty Items 

 

In the unlikely event you have been sent a faulty item, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 14 days of purchase for either a full refund, exchange, or store credit.  Please email us at info@defibshop.com.au for assistance.

 

Defibshop will not process refunds/credits without email notification, including photographs of the faulty item to support your claim.

 

Incorrectly Ordered Item

 

If you find you have incorrectly ordered an item, please email our Customer Service team at info@defibshop.com.au within 7 days of delivery of goods. 

Defibshop will not accept goods back for credit without a Returns Number provided by our team.  

Please ensure you include your Order/Invoice number, and whether you wish to exchange the item/s or require a refund/store credit.

 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with incorrectly ordered goods.  A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returned items to the Defibshop.

 

Please ensure items have NOT been:

 

Once the item(s) has been reviewed by the team and deemed to be in its original, undamaged condition, a refund/ exchange/store credit will be granted.

 

If requesting a refund, and you placed your order online with either credit card / PayPal / After Pay, a refund can only be made to the original payment method that was used to make the purchase.

 

Clearance Items

 

All clearance items are final sales.  No returns, exchanges or refunds will be available on these items.

 

*SPECIAL ORDER* items

 

Special order items are ordered in from our suppliers when an order is placed with us.

These are items that we don’t usually hold stock of due to shorter expiry dates or items that relate to AEDs that have been discontinued

We will order these items in once your order is confirmed, however as special order items are unfortunately not available for returns. (Unless faulty)

If you have any questions prior to making an order for a *Special order* item, please email our team info@defibshop.com.au and we can help assist with a possible ETA or if the item is unavailable for a period of time; we can help with alternate items where possible.

There is usually an approx. 2-4 week lead time for these items. 

 

First Aid Items

 

Unfortunately, due to hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns for any first aid items, e.g. first aid kits, bandages, antiseptic sprays, etc. 

 

Returns

 

To return a product, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Please email our team (info@defibshop.com.au) with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ensure the package is clearly labelled with the Return Number provided to you.
  3. Return the item(s) in its original packaging/condition via a tracked service, to:

Please Email the tracking number to the Defibshop at info@defibshop.com.au.  This will allow us to track delivery and follow up on any delays.

 

A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returned items to the Defibshop.
